The following introduction is about the facial tissue paper folding machine.


 

 

 

Facial tissue paper making machine can be applied to face towel paper, wipe paper, non-woven soft towel, cleansing towel and other extraction products folding and cutting, a machine multi-use and pay back quickly.

 

Complete series of removable pull-out type facial tissue folding machines are used to facial tissue into chain-type cross-folded rectangular pieces after the base paper is cut with a knife roller;

 

The folded facial tissue paper can be pulled out one by one by each pulling so that the facial tissue can be used conveniently and kept clean.Adopting vacuum suction and automatic fold counting function, with such advantages as high speed, neatly folding, and easy to operate etc.


 

1. Fully automatic controls: PLC computer programming, frequency conversion speed regulation, real-time monitoring, change of parameters;
 

2. Longitudinal cutting knife, edge embossing device are air-bag type, separate front and rear independent pneumatic control, so that it's easier to adjust. Alloy cutting blade and bearing steel pinch roller are endurable;
 

3. It's maintenance free and gets the high-precision transmission because of the overall machine adopts synchronized belt and flat-belt transmission;
 

4. The machines are designed into wallboard and overall steel base plate with firm structure to ensure stability of high speed machine running;
 

5. Pneumatic constant-pressure unwinding belt, automatically get adaptable to base paper diameter;
 

6. Pneumatic left/right synchronized paper feeding mechanism greatly reduces labor intensity;
 

7. Equipped with steel to steel embossing unit. Embossing device is independent pneumatic control;
 

8. Equipped with Roots vacuum pump adsorption system, make the machine has the feature of large adsorbing amount and stable pressure loading;
 

9.The machine will stop when the paper broken. It can avoid waste caused by no paper or paper broken.
